Dueck's notes proving his Malicious Intent

The story on which we based this website
and our reputations on -- in 1998

If you are new to this story, we have now posted a smaller chronology. This material was compelling enough to engage the interest of fifth estate producers Harvey Cashore and Howard Goldenthal who used it as the basis for the prize-winning show "Scandal of the Century." The show has been aired several times and each time it is shown, we receive many e-mails supporting our fight to get the story to the public and agreeing the wrongly accused should receive large exemplary damages. Our early material on Dueck: General tirades | Evidence | Press reports of his criminal involvement in other cases. And of course, the terrorizing of postal worker Kim Cooper.

On this page: Introductory comments and Dueck's Statement as to Documents:

The Scandal of the last century spills into this one and this chapter is called "Saskatchewan's amazing ability to muzzle the media. Dan Zakreski, speaking for CBC Saskatchewan has said they will not be covering this story until it gets to court. "there is nothing more that anybody can do that has not already been done," he said. Call them at 306-956-7400 (main switchboard) or 956-7430 (TV-news.) Ask them why. Could the charges against Zakreski and Sheane be a factor?

The pictures below are linked to the main elements of the story: a quick guide can be found here. For the past two weeks, inJusticebusters and Star Chamber Publications distributed over four thousand leaflets and 150 compact discs. The entire legal community and all the media have had the material for several days.

In typical Saskatchewan style, the media is silent although many lawyers have gone out of their way to get their copies of the CD which have become an instant hit. We have posted the material on the CDs here so you won't be left out if you didn't go by either court house or the police station in Saskatoon where they were given out for free as part of a promotion of the truth.
