Interview with Rebecca Hankins-Vopni

'In the darkness of secrecy, sinister interest and evil in every shape have fullswing. Only in proportion as publicity has place, can any of the checks applicable to judicial injustice operate. Where there is no publicity there is no justice'. 'Publicity is the very soul of justice. It is the keenest spur to exertion and the surest of all guards against improbity. It keeps the judge himself while trying under trial'. -- Jeremy Bentham

“If you are not sufficiently embarrassed to shut up, I'll charge you with breaking a publication ban”
-- Gary Parker

This page is not available because prosecutor Gary Parker (below) threatened to charge Rebecca Vopni for obliquely referring to what they had done in a Christmas newsletter to friends and that if she goes public with the story, she may be unsuccessful in attempts to get justice before the courts. There is still another hearing and as the Vopnis fight to get their children back we don't want to do anything that would jeopardize any hearing.

If you have read about the Vopni story and Aaron Vopni's achievements, then you must realise that if it can happen to this family it can happen to anyone.
